  • Our spacious Strength Area lives on limestone compressed floors, equipped with dumbbells and weight plates, as well as our favourite functional training accessories including gymnastic rings, customised multi-functional rigs, plyo boxes and par alettes.

  • Offering various heat temperatures and humidity levels to suit your recovery and stress reduction needs, our female and male areas each come with a spacious steam room and sauna. Heating the body and resting the mind prepares you to move well, think clearly and train again with purpose.
