Jiu Jitsu

  • Jiu Jitsu is a graceful and powerful martial art that builds a life-long, progressive and rewarding journey unique to every individual. Our classes go beyond learning techniques, concepts and self-defence. We strive to teach our members to think conceptually and encourage creativity to explore movement and develop awareness through practicing Jiu Jitsu.

  • Everyone at all levels is welcome to our Gi Fundamentals Class.

    Whether you are a beginner or not, we highly recommend to start with or revisit the basics to develop your Jiu Jitsu on solid foundations.

    Our Gi Advanced Class emphasizes the technical details and focuses on building a deeper understanding beyond the basics.

No-Gi

  • No-Gi is dynamic and fast paced grappling variation, with a focus on precision and pressure.

    There is emphasis placed on systematic leg entanglements, body weight distribution and positioning with strategic grips . Without the kimono, certain No-Gi grips and techniques translate into the Gi, but not always the other way around.

  • Our No-Gi Class exposes students to various scenarios and seamlessly blends wrestling and submissions.

    Often, No-Gi competition rule sets vary from Jiu Jitsu Gi competitions. You will learn to creatively and strategically control your movement to retain dominant positions.

Kids Jiu Jitsu

  • Jiu Jitsu for kids introduces physical awareness and fosters mental resilience with problem solving skills.

    Not only will they learn concepts and techniques of Jiu Jitsu, we aim to share the importance of creativity and humility, while building confidence and friendships.

  • Kids Jiu Jitsu Classes are divided into age groups for heightened safety and age appropriate learning approaches and content.

    The Cub Club is designated for children age 4-6, exploring Jiu Jitsu through play-based learning.

    The Den focuses on children between ages 7-11, introducing self awareness and problem solving, while learning advanced techniques and rules in Jiu Jitsu.

Hand Balancing

  • Hand Balancing is more than a skill. It is the art of inverted strength, control and creativity. It is a full-body discipline developing wrist and shoulder mobility, focus and coordination - transforming the way you move.

    Learn to invert your body with intention, while maintaining balance and control.

  • Hand Balancing Class will guide you through building mobility, core strength and balance techniques, progressing safely from stable handstands to advanced transitions and shapes.

    Through joint prep and mobility to body awareness drills and conditioning, experience the freedom of mastering your body upside down.

Organic Strength

  • Organic Strength goes beyond the usual compound lifts and conventional training. It places mobility front and centre focusing on resistance training, which elicits a strength response or an anabolic one.

    For a genuinely healthier body, we take accessory work and turn it into the foundation.

  • The Organic Strength Class blends mobility, stability, and strength training to build a body that moves well and lasts for life. Expect a mix of mobility drills, resistance training and control-based exercises designed to enhance performance and improve joint health, balance and power.
